Cornhole Lingo

The Cornhole Community Has Created A Whole Set Of Terms

If you’re a newbie to cornhole or a veteran, it’s important to understand some of the lingo associated with this popular game. From “air mail” to “ringers” to “swishes” (consecutive bags through the hole), there are many terms you should be familiar with.

Four Bagger – T-Shirt, Hoodie, Mug and more

A four-bagger is when a player or team throws four bags in one round. This can be done by either player or a partner, with the first person to get three of the four bags in the hole scoring one point and any of the remaining three bags being worth no points.

Lipper – T-Shirt, Hoodie, and Mug – available in all colors

A lipper is a bag that is partially dangling in the hole but does not fall in. It’s not worth any points, and can be called a hanger if it remains on the board.

Cornado – T-Shirt, Hoodie, & Mug – available in all colors

If you’re a diehard cornhole fan, this is the shirt for you. It features a graphic of the classic cornhole bag, with the words “Cornhole Champion” in bold white letters. It’s made from 100% ring-spun cotton and is a super soft, comfortable fit. Plus, it’s double stitched on the neckline and sleeves for a longer lasting, quality feel. It’s also machine washable and dryer safe, so you can play your favorite game in it, no matter the weather!
